The right of withdrawal can be exercised without any penalty and without having to specify the reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods, by sending an email to or from the appropriate section of the user panel.
Instructions for the return merchandise procedure will then be indicated.
It is specified that the shipping costs for the return of goods are the responsibility of the user.

To exercise the withdrawal it is essential that the goods are intact and that the object has the original packaging, with all the tags.
The amount of the purchased good will be refunded within 30 days after the return of the goods.

(The right of withdrawal is excluded for customized products and for Face mask with open packaging).


In case of exercise of the right of return for exchange of goods, the procedure to be followed is the following:
1. Write an email to within 2 days of receiving the product describing the reasons that led to the opening of the return procedure.
2. Follow the return procedure as per communication received from our customer service.
3. Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all the tags affixed.
Remember that you can ship your return only from the country where you placed the order. We will only replace or refund items returned according to the instructions. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned to you.
The return of the product must take place within 48 hours following receipt of the email received from our custom shop according to the procedures to be followed (the date indicated on the stamp of the courier's post or transport document will prevail).
The return will be handled within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the returned goods to our warehouse. Within the same deadline the result will be communicated (acceptance with replacement of the product or reimbursement in case of impossibility of replacement). Refunds are made by bank transfer or Paypal refund.
The costs of returning the product for merchandise changes are borne by the customer. In the event of goods being exchanged, the shipment of the new product to the customer is free in Italy for one time only (excluding smaller islands, Venice and Sardinia lagoons).
